Effective communication and teamwork are what separate average results from world class, extraordinary results.

The procurement and coordination phase of the project entails scheduling meetings and site visits with trades, suppliers, construction managers, supervisors, artisans and fabricators.

Our procurement team creates purchase orders and reviews, approves and tracks a multitude of supplier invoices. but that is only the beginning. The real work is in the follow-up. Asking questions, verifying, double and triple checking has saved us from countless headaches. That is not to say that we never make a mistake or miss something, but our motto is always “measure twice, cut once”.

As we usually work with our preferred construction company, we have developed systems of communications which have served us well and make our projects run in an efficient, linear manner where everyone on the team is kept apprised of any changes and plans are updated regularly reflecting any such changes.
