PRELIMINARY REVIEW MEETING

Good design is a result of collaboration. Our initial ideas might look great on paper or in theory, but they also need to work for our clients lifestyle and individual taste, since they are the ones who will be living in and using the space.

The preliminary client review meeting is an opportunity for us to share our vision through both the preliminary layout plans and the mood boards which are essentially inspirations we have gathered for their project that relay specific elements that we love and want to incorporate.

During this meeting we are able to gather valuable insights into how our clients envision their home and if our initial ideas are hitting the mark. It allows us to move forward confidently in the right direction as we dive in deeper into sourcing, technical drawings and 3D renderings.

Once the preliminary plans are approved, we can now use those plans to begin obtaining construction estimates and applying for any permits required as our team continues on in the design phase.
