PRELIMINARY FLOOR PLANS

The initial layout is one of the most exciting phases of a new project and is Kelli’s favorite part of design. For her, it is a puzzle just waiting to be solved. This is the part that Kelli won’t let anyone else do. She obsesses over every area, placing herself in the space and imagining living in it, ensuring that it has a flow and sightlines are beautiful and impactful from every viewpoint.

The most exciting part is imagining the freedom the new design will allow our clients. Freedom to live with all the modern amenities and technological needs taken into account making life not only more functional, but more beautiful at the same time.
